Short Bio

I am a Young Principal Investigator (Associate Professor) at Digital Medical Research Center, School of Basic Medical Sciences, Fudan University. I am also affiliated with Data Science Institute, Imperial College London as a Honorary Senior Research Fellow.

Previously, I worked as a Research Associate at Data Science Institute, Imperial College London (2019-2021) and Centre for Mathematical Sciences, University of Cambridge (2018-2019). I received my PhD degree in Radiology from University of Cambridge (2018) and BSc degree in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from Fudan University (2014).

Research Interest

My research lies at the interface between medical image analysis and modelling of biological systems. In particular, I am interested in developing efficient algorithms for real-world clinical applications and large-scale population studies.
